Welcome to Ian Meltzer Catering. My goal is to cater for all your needs, from bespoke dinner parties and family celebrations, to corporate events.

 

My career as a chef has taken me around the world, where I have been lucky enough to perfect my craft working with a series of amazing and talented chefs.

 

I have worked in numerous internationally renowned kitchens including at Claridges, The Royal Garden Hotel and on the QE2 Cruise Liner. I was closely associated with The Four Seasons Hotel Group for seven years, firstly based at their London flagship hotel on Hyde Park Corner, before helping them launch in Scotsdale Arizona and returned to London to work in the Canary Wharf Hotel. Since leaving the Four Seasons Group I have been Head Chef at numerous  restaurants.
